Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care to patients in the ICU unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and EKG data
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care
- Participate in rapid response team activations
Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license required
- BSN or higher preferred
- 2+ years ICU nursing experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic systems preferred)
