Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to ICU patients with advanced monitoring and intervention skills
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree required, MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
