Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (full training provided)
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Complete safety training and adhere to all company protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No experience required! We train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to our Long Beach facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Pass background check and drug screen (company-paid)
