Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Assist in inventory counting and record-keeping tasks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
