Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidates).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating computer systems and operating handheld scanners.
