Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, adhering to all safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
