Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight efficiently and safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort and organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels and easy retrieval.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness, documenting any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist with inventory audits and report any damaged or missing items to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID or driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
