Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support daily living activities and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or caregiving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid California Driver's License (for transportation duties)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
