Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the CRM system.
- Document customer interactions and update account information as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Assist in training new hires and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
