Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
