What You'll Do:
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) under guidance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Utilize warehouse management software for tracking inventory.
- Perform daily cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide excellent support to the customer service team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
