Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming shipments and organize inventory using WMS systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for timely weekend deliveries
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks and document discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software knowledge
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
