Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating company vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexible availability to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
