Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical troubleshooting and support to internal users and clients during weekend hours.
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical IT incidents immediately to minimize downtime.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and tickets in the CRM system accurately.
- Conduct routine hardware and software maintenance checks to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Collaborate with the on-site support team to communicate ongoing issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company safety and security protocols during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Professional communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
