Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily inventory logistics and stock movement during weekend hours.
- Ensure all warehouse safety protocols and compliance standards are strictly followed.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the lead team to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure maximum productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
