Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility)
- Perform ECGs and phlebotomy procedures
- Maintain clean, organized patient care areas
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
- Adhere to HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current CNA or PCT certification required
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
