Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vital sign measurements
- Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
- Administer injections and medications (per protocol)
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning
- Manage inventory and exam room preparation
- Collaborate with cross-functional care teams
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience required
- BLS/CPR certification (must be current)
- Strong EHR proficiency (Epic/Meditech preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
