Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming weekend shipment orders efficiently and accurately to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate directly with warehouse staff to maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints regarding weekend logistics operations.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in strict accordance with safety standards.
- Perform daily data entry and generate operational reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow processes during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
