Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks and trailers efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace hygiene.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate starters.
