- Design & Build: Architect and develop robust, scalable software applications using modern languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- System Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to improve performance, reliability, and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Code Quality: Enforce best practices for code reviews, documentation, and testing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar web technologies.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
