Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical infrastructure and applications during weekend shifts.
- Execute emergency hotfixes and patch deployments to ensure system stability.
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to troubleshoot complex backend and frontend anomalies.
- Document all weekend incident reports and post-mortems for knowledge base maintenance.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime compliance during non-business hours.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Proven experience working in a 24/7 production environment or weekend support roles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
