Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace adhering to OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and data entry into warehouse management systems.
- Package and label goods for shipment according to company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
