Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using our WMS.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and ability to read pick tickets and labels.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
