Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure accurate inventory placement.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and update inventory records accurately.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving materials up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
