Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
