Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and sort incoming packages using handheld scanners
- Load and unload trucks with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse shelving systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks after certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in monthly inventory counts
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
