Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Prepare: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, safely and according to regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing orders meet our high-quality standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent attendance record.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using scanners/computer systems.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if required.
