Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and quality standards.
- Package and label items for shipment according to company protocols.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse workspace.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
