Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Organize, inventory, and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Perform daily quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends.
