Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is preferred but training is provided.
