Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory to and from loading docks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling stock and paperwork.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic calculations for inventory counts.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
