Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for end-users.
- Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using our ticketing system to ensure rapid response times.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, concise, and professional technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations in our knowledge base.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, as well as knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
