Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical tickets and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for new software installations and system updates.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while ensuring the customer remains informed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer hardware.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
