- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems and ensure seamless system performance.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Conduct regular system maintenance checks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal security.
- Train junior staff members on best practices for customer service and technical troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
