Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLA
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using AWS and Terraform
- Contribute to security best practices and compliance initiatives
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization
