Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, server outages, and VPN access.
- Perform system maintenance, software updates, and patch management.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and imaging of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware repairs.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- CompTIA A+ Certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
- Must be available for on-call rotation during critical system events.
