Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive project delivery.
- Debug complex issues and implement scalable solutions to enhance system reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of web standards (HTML5, CSS3, Accessibility).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
