Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, data models, and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Create regular performance reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Identify process improvements and optimize data workflows to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
