Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about our services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company products and promotions.
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
