Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency and critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatment protocols accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient outcomes
- Document patient records using Epic EHR system
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO standards
- Provide patient/family education on treatment plans
- Participate in rapid response and code blue events
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- BSN or associate degree in nursing
- 2+ years acute care experience (ER preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in high-pressure environment
- Epic EHR proficiency preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
