Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders during night shift hours
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (OSHA-certified)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Document warehouse activities in digital systems
- Support special projects during low-traffic hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems preferred)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
