Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse operations efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping orders during the night shift.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure product integrity and accuracy.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and reporting.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
