Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and according to protocol.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper handling equipment and safety straps.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
