Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, checking, and stocking of incoming inventory to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before leaving the warehouse.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S protocols and safety regulations.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily paperwork, including shipping logs and inventory reports, using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for reliable candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners and handheld devices.
