Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks with speed and accuracy.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping using proper wrapping techniques.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Perform routine cleaning and safety checks on equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
