Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional direct patient care during overnight hours with precision and compassion
- Monitor and assess critical patient conditions, administering life-saving interventions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA protocols
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapid response activations

Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven expertise in rapid assessment and critical decision-making
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure scenarios
