Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases during the night cycle to ensure product stability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and Bugzilla.
- Perform regression testing on nightly builds to prevent midnight outages.
- Collaborate with development teams during overlap hours to resolve critical issues.
- Validate fixes by re-testing reported bugs and confirming resolution.
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium) is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
