Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate complex manufacturing machinery during the night shift to ensure continuous production flow.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on products to meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM or similar).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
