Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced CNC machinery and production equipment
- Perform quality control inspections using precision measurement tools
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize production processes
- Document production data and maintain accurate quality records
- Train junior technicians on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing/technical experience
- CNC programming or machining certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- OSHA safety certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with quality control software (e.g., SAP, QMS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
