Responsibilities
- Lead 8-12 member night shift team in warehouse operations and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS technology
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and management
- Conduct quality control checks and process improvement initiatives
- Handle urgent client escalations during overnight hours
- Generate performance reports and operational metrics
- Maintain OSHA compliance documentation and training records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse/supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills for overnight operational challenges
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Experience with forklift operation and OSHA certifications
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with rotating weekends
